About Us

Established in 1879 by John Henry Laity, Brookfield Farm has been in the Laity family for seven generations and over 140 years!

Farmer Matt runs the 110 acre farm along with father Paul, and son Jeremy along with the help of other family members and friends.

Brookfield farm has a mainly Holstein milking herd although they have started breeding a few other dairy breeds and have Jersey, Brown Swiss, and Ayrshire cows on the way. The current milking herd consists of 80 cows.
